WRESTLEWORX RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on item(s) purchased at wrestleworx.shop (that are not marked as final sale) as long as they are in original form (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags). To start a return, please email wrestleworx@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED BY MAIL. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS.

Item(s) mailed back to us without first starting a return will not be accepted.

Item(s) labeled Final Sale, are ineligible for return/refund.

International returns received later than 45 days from the delivery date will be returned to the sender.

If you receive damaged or defective item(s), please email wrestleworx@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order so we can address the situation and assist you.

Follow the steps below to ensure return protocols

  1. Ensure your item(s) are eligible for return. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item(s) are in original form (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags). Exclusions apply. Final Sale item(s) are not eligible for return/refund. 
  2. When mailing the return package, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking as we are not responsible for shipments that get lost in transit. 
  3. Once we receive your package, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

Do I have to pay for return shipping fees? Yes. We are not responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your package as we are not held liable for packages that are lost in transit back to us. 

How soon will I get my refund? Returns are processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling fees. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds take around 3-5 business days to process however we suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will be posted to your account. Each financial institution has varying processing times. 

Can I return the item(s) purchased with a coupon code? Yes. Item(s) purchased at wrestleworx.shop using a coupon code (that are not marked as final sale) can be returned as long as they are in original form (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags). To start a return, please email wrestleworx@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving the order.

WRESTLEWORX RETURN POLICY

Return by mail

To qualify for a return, you must email wrestleworx@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving order. 

Items purchased on WRESTLEWORX.shop m will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise being submitted for returns must be received back in its original form with tags attached to clothing when returned. Clothing must not be worn, altered, or damaged, and must be free of any stains, odors, color tanners, pet hairs, or smells including deodorant and perfume or cologne. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. 

Any articles of clothing labeled Sale or Final Sale, are not eligible for returns or credit as they are deemed Final Sale items. 

Should you receive damaged or defective items, contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange upon further investigation into the matter. 

International returns received later than 45 days from the delivery date will be returned back to the sender.

If you purchased any items using a coupon code, we will accept returns of purchases using coupon codes unless otherwise noted. Please note that the item(s) must be received in their original form, unwashed, unworn, and free or odors or stains.

  1. Ensure your items meet all requirements for returns.  We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item(s) is unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. Other exclusions may apply. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. 
  2.  You may send the items back using USPS. We do suggest using a Trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost when in transit back to us.  
  3. Once we receive your return your parcel will be processed within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the initiation process for your refund.

Is my item refundable? Items are refundable when the item(s) meet return criteria, however some exclusions may apply. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The refund will go back to the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel is received and the process for return is initiated.
